The territorial delegate of ONCE in the Valencian Community, José Manuel Pichel, accompanied by the president of the ONCE in the Valencian Community, Enrique Llin and the president of CAECV, Vicente Faro, presented the coupon to give visibility to all the work behind the ecological sector, highlighting the more than 4,000 operators that the Valencian Community has certificates. “With this initiative we want to recognize the work that farmers do every day to put on our tables food of the highest quality, healthy, that protects biodiversity and is a fundamental tool against climate change, explained the president of the CAECV , Vicente Lighthouse.
The ‘Be sustainable’ collection, which began last January, corresponds to the Saturday draws and its objective is to spread and highlight the commitment to a sustainable economy, a concept that is closely aligned with organic production.
