CAECV operators will be the protagonists of the Gastrónoma afternoons

The operators certified by the Committee of Ecological Agriculture of the Valencian Community (CAECV) will be the protagonists of the two afternoons, the 8th and the 9th of November, of the Mediterranean Gastronomic fair.

The Cuina Molt de Gust de Mediterránea Gastrónoma, a space made possible thanks to the collaboration of the Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Climatic Emergency, and Ecological Transition, proposes thematic evenings with certified organic products from the Community as protagonists.

TardECO Gastrónoma aims to become a meeting space where different organic operators certified by the Committee for Organic Agriculture of the Valencian Community (CAECV) will explain the processes they follow to produce products of excellent quality, combining traditional techniques to achieve maximum purity in the results end.

The special edition of Mediterránea Gastrónoma, which wants to honor producers and hospitality professionals, will feature organic operators from the Valencian Community on the Cuina Molt de Gust stage.

Visitors will be able to enjoy every afternoon both in situ and via streaming of lectures that will feature organic producers, all of them professionals with the CAECV ecological seal. With these conferences we want to value these products that maintain environmental balance and guarantee a healthy lifestyle, to make them common, and also pay tribute to the producer who seeks sustainability and proximity. Health, consumption, quality and marketing of organic products are intrinsic qualities that have made citizens and the hospitality sector bet on them during this health crisis.

It is the reason why Mediterránea Gastrónoma and the Conselleria d’Agricultura have wanted to give them this space: so that they can tell their first-hand experiences and the important reasons for consuming organic.

An eco program at La Cuina Molt de Gust

The contents that we will find in the TardECO of the space of the Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Climatic Emergency and Ecological Transition, La Cuina Molt de Gust, will be very diverse.

For example, on the afternoon of November 8, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., the stage will host products such as organic virgin olive oil from Alicante, nougat and eco chocolate from Xixona, or horchata from the first certified bakery. On the afternoon of Monday, November 9, at the same time, the family cooperatives of processed products, organic fresh produce, organic sugar-free horchata and spirits will be represented to make an eco-friendly bar. The products will be tasted by the students of the Escuela Mediterráneo Culinary Center.

In addition, the Cuina Molt de gust space will also have an exhibition area where people can see and learn first-hand about the differentiated quality (DOP and IGP) and organic (CAECV) products of the Valencian Community, which are part of the Molt de Gust brand.
